My App Store is not letting me download anything after I’ve been having problems with snapchat

App Store My Snapchat was continuing to crash when I opened the app. I deleted it and tried to re download it. Now the App Store won’t allow me to download the app. It is also not allowing me to download any app. I reset my phone and tried signing in and out of the App Store but still no luck.
