Phone not downloading snapchat

Recently my phone has had some issues opening both Snapchat and TikTok. It was bothersome, but it wasn’t much of issue till today. I went to open Snapchat and the app closed before it could even open. I restarted my phone in hopes that would help but it didnt, Snapchat still wouldn’t open. I resorted to deleting the app and redownloading it. The issue now is that Snapchat won’t download. It’ll load for 20 seconds then stop. This is an iPhone 11thats only a few months old. I even went to the lengths of deleting some unwanted pictures and videos to free up storage but it didn’t help.
