Unit Number Missing From Shipping Address

I went to the apple store to get my macbook repaired on monday this week, today, thursday, it said it shipped back out to my house. when i checked, the unit number was missing. The employee at the apple store DID put my unit number, but on the second address line, which is meant exactly for these things, like apartment and unit numbers. i literally sat and watched her do it. I live in a trailer home complex and my neighbors have stolen my packages in the past. what can i do to fix this? this is extremely frustrating, as usually when this has happened i have not received a refund and my package was never returned. and seeing as this is my laptop, literally my entire life is on there AND it cost me 1.6k, and $300 to repair, that is literally out of the question.

There is a need to ask to have this issue elevated, however we as fellow mac users

haven't the means to do so; and as this is user-to-user volunteer discussions area..

..About all I can do, is suggest try another avenue; to see if that may work better:

Get Support - https://getsupport.apple.com/

Because you have the details, & we have no access; please try this other route.

At some point, a form should allows one to Ask, or Tell what you actually need.
