People Cant hear me when they are talking

I have a few clients that somehow don't need to breathe when they talk. so for me to have a two-way chat I need to interrupt them so I can get a point across. The problem is as long as they are talking they cannot hear me trying to interject. This means it's a one-way conversation until they finally stop talking. So rather than having a conversation I'm having a listen. Does my head in !

I've checked that my Phone noise cancellation is off so its got me stumped ...Helllpppp :-)

Hello Lupin1410,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're experiencing issues during your phone calls. You mentioned this only happens with some of your calls; have you noticed if there's anything in common with the calls this happens on? This could be anything like, you are connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data, using headphones, in a specific location, etc. Do you know if your clients this happens with are using iPhones or are they using Android devices? Any similarities you can think of might help us to isolate why this occurs.

Would you let us know which model iPhone and iOS version you're using? Do you use a case or screen protector on your iPhone? If so, does the issue persist if they are removed?

Best regards.
