Message notification in Czech language (on the phone, by using CarPlay, etc)

Hey guys,

is there any change Apple to enable messages and other notification announcement by local language?

Czech language is not supported so far, but weird thing is, that you can use voice over in your local language for reading book, news, web content, etc, that means, that "Siri" is intelligent / adjusted enough for reading actions, therefore question is, why we`re unable to use it at least for some actions if full Siri support is not here as of yet.
