so i dont have my old gmail info that is connected to my apple watch and idk what to do.
How can i somehow get rid of my old gmail that is linked to the watch without knowing the password for it ? it’s a old account from years ago.

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
