Cannot scroll photos

my photos are all there but I cant scroll up or down ,only to top of screen. About time Apple sorted this-it been like this for several months. On older iMac or my iPhone and iPad there is no problem.

iMac 27″, macOS 11.4

have you tried restarting the mac Mac keyboard shortcuts - Apple Support

and or resetting pram
