Is there anything apple can do to replace or get back stolen Apple Watch? My watch was stolen and when I look at the Watch app on my phone there’s a different phone number associated with my watch now. I contacted that number but it’s no longer in service. I’ve indicated it’s missing on the app. No location is found on “find my” app. Anything apple can do to help?

I'm not sure what you mean by "different associated" with your watch. The only way someone could have by passed the activation lock its if they knew your Apple ID & password or if you never enabled "Find My" for your watch.

All I can suggest is that you put the watch in Lost Mode according to the 'Put your Apple Watch in Lost Mode' section in:
