Apple Watch not correctly tracking "STAND" hours

Hi,

My apple watch is running OS 7.6.1, and is about a year old. It does not correctly track time spent walking around. I could go for a walk around my house/yard for 10-15 min or more and it does not log. There are times I get a reminder at :10 till the hour and i get up and walk and walk and walk, and it does not log. Is this the biggest issue? No, but my ADD needs to close my rings, and this is actually dysfunctional. any ideas?
