My Apple Watch Series 2 42mm’s battery bursted yesterday and it destroyed my watch what can I do now? And is apple’s program about these watches still available? I’m currently living in Lebanon and I would like to know what to do because as I read it’s Apple’s fault in creating expanded batteries!!

What you 'heard" is incorrect, Apple does not design nor make batteries, they buy them from other companies. And all lithium polymer batteries have the potential to swell when they fail, it isn't just Apple.
