MagSafe battery pack doesn’t show in my battery widget

We'll start by performing some general troubleshooting steps. If you have not already, please try the following:

1. Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
2. Remove / re-add the widget as detailed in How to use your MagSafe Battery Pack - Apple Support
3. Back up your iPhone: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support then reinstall iOS 14.7.1 using the "Put your device in recovery mode and set it up again" section of If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
