You have an iPhone SE (second generation 2020). It does not have a headphone jack. You will need headphones that use the lightning port of your iPhone SE (2020). Apple makes those headphones. If you have headphones with the standard headphone jack plug then you will need a Lightning to headphone jack adapter which Apple makes.
