Thanks for getting back to us, jakobjosf.

Do you receive any kind of error message when clicking on the greyed out songs? You could also try signing out and back into Media & Purchases on your iPhone and see if the songs are still showing as grey. By going into your iPhone Settings > Your Name > Media & Purchases > Sign Out and then sign back in with your Apple ID and test again. If this resolves it, you can also do the same process on your Mac by going to the Music app > Select Account in the menu bar > Sign Out.

If the songs still show as greyed out, you can recreate the playlists again since they are playing normally in Apple Music or you can reach out to Apple Support so they can look into it further with you. You can see your available support options at the link below.

Hi there jakobjosf,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand you're having some difficulties with your songs showing as greyed out. It looks like you came to us from "If your songs are grayed out" support article. Were you able to work through the troubleshooting steps listed in that article? If not, we'd first suggest following those steps and see if you are able to resolve.

Also, can you tell us if all of your songs are showing as greyed out or only specific ones? And is this happening across all your devices or only on your iPhone? Let us know if those troubleshooting steps helps and we'd be happy to continue troubleshooting this with you.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Jeremy!

I tried all steps mentioned in the article. And its not all songs that are grayed out. Only some and those are grayed on both my phone and mac. However i just realized these songs are only greyed out in my playlists but im able to search for them in Apple Music library and play them. If nothing else works i may have to recreate the playlists that contain the greyed songs. Thanks in advance.
