Hi can I take my unopened iPad back into any Apple store for a refund? I bought another iPad online and had it personalised hence the refund for one I bought I store.
If you bought it from Apple, they generally offer refunds on hardware within 14 days. Otherwise, check the return policy of the store where you bought it.

I just double checked my receipt and it says return date 31st July which is today so I’ll go down to the store today and refund it.

Hi Neil, thanks for replying. I bought it 15 days ago as wasn’t able to get back to the store before as I’ve been unwell. The box has been unopened so will they not accept a return after 14 days? I will call the store to find out as most retail stores offer full refunds within 30 days
