Apple customer loyalty program

So I have always heard that Apple had the best customer service of all time by far. As a very good Apple customer, I never had to verify if the statement is true until now and I strongly disagree

I had more than 20 new iPhone in my life and multiple Apple Product. Right now under our Roof, me and my girlfriend have 4X iPhone (X, 11 and 12), 2x iPad, 2x AppleTv, 2x Apple Watch and 4x Macbook and every apple subscription program (tv, music, cloud storage). In the last 10 year, I've own for more than 25k worth of Apple product

My MacBook Air 2018 had a severe water damage (that's on me), they told me that I need to buy a new one and right now, in my situation right now I can't afford the full price of a new MacBook Air. So, as a very good and loyal customer for more than 15 years, I thought that I might worth a credit or a price reduction on a new one to help, but apparently I doesn't worth a dime. It's quite suprising, since they can validate all the products that I own just with the Apple ID. I know they owe me nothing, but as a loyal customer I kinda feel betrayed, and being treated as a number will just loose me as a customer.

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.

If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner. Pick the closest topic you can find.

While it's certainly great that you are a loyal Apple customer, I think it's a bit much to expect an extra discount for being loyal especially if said company doesn't have a loyalty program in place. This doesn't exactly make Apple support look bad either in my eyes as no company is required to give you any discount on a new device just because you are being loyal to them.
