Hi, I live in Belize. I cannot go over to apple store and make reservation. I lost my AirPods Pro and I cannot find so I’m interested in replacement! I have the serial number. However, I the replacement is about getting back my pair of airpods right?

Hi. I am from Belize. However, I am interested in the replacement of my lost airpod pro. But for the replacement I would need to visit a near apple store and there’s no apple store around me. So I don’t know what to do but I have my serial number for my AirPods on my phone. Is the replacement is about getting back my new pair airpods? Also, what can I do to get it back?

Replacement instructions for Airpods and cases are provided at the bottom of this support article "How to find your lost AirPods, AirPods Pro, or AirPods Max": --> https://support.apple.com/HT207581 Neither the warranty nor AppleCare+ helps with the cost of Airpods that are lost or stolen. The cost for damaged Airpods may be lessened by any 'AppleCare+ For Headphones' coverage you may have.

'AirPods Service and Repair' lists replacement fees. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/airpods/repair/service

1. If you can't find your AirPod or Charging Case, or if something is damaged, get the serial number. Click on this link to discover how to find the serial number. --> https://support.apple.com/HT209371

2. Contact Apple Support for a replacement. Click here --> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF32003&category_id=SC0298

(You may have to go to the support article in my first link for the special Airpod replacement service link if that one doesn't work.)

3. Learn how to set up your replacement.

Using the features offered by Find My is the only way Apple offers for tracking or locating a lost or missing device. There is no other Apple service that can find, track, or otherwise flag your device for you. If they do not work then you will have to resort to conventional methods for locating lost items. For Find My, ALL the requirements in this list must be fulfilled for Find My to even have a chance to work:

- Find My [device] must have been set up before they went missing.

- They must be in range (<~150') or all you will see is "last location".

- They must be charged (see the link for details).

- They are not inside their Charging Case (Airpods Max Smart Case is not the same thing.).

- They have not been reset by somebody who found them.

- To find a single Airpod, put the one you have in the charging case first.

- You cannot track a lost case with Find My.

Airpods won't show in Find My if they were not set up in Find My first.

The support article also tells you how you can order a replacement.

yuting,

I hope you (and perhaps others finding this topic) do not now draw the corollary that what I wrote in my post as not worth reading. I have outlined the replacement procedure for you as taken from Apple's own documentation. The How to find your lost AirPods, AirPods Pro, or AirPods Max - Apple Support article I included in fact outlines the process better than the https://support.apple.com/airpods/repair/service article. You may note I have included information not provided in either article, including extra tips about trying to find your lost Airpods.

Good luck.
