How does an application become accepted for Apple CarPlay?

I would love to have Podcruncher App included in my Apple CarPlay. How can they accomplish this?

I can manipulate if I have one episode playing but I would love the whole app to show up. This is the best podcast out even better than the native application. I think Apple should buy the code from them and include it in Apple CarPlay
