how do i access my voicemail?

You can access your voicemail within the Phone app. If you do not have the option for voicemail in the Phone app then-

1. Contact your carrier to ensure that voicemail feature has been setup properly at their end.
2. Once step 1 has been completed and the visual voicemail is still not working then follow the instructions in this guide published by Apple ➔ Set up Visual Voicemail on your iPhone

You should be able to access your voicemail through the phone app.

If Visual Voicemail is not available to you, contact your carrier for help. They will need to enable it for you.
