Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

iPhone Disabled with message: “Connect with iTunes” not working

iPhone message “Connect with iTunes”

iPhone 6; removed from iCloud

When connected with the mac (catalina) it does not appear in music.

Appears in the finder but says “Software: searching…” and its stuck there.

Don’t have iTunes (not available under catalina)

Also tried in iTunes for Windows and it does not appear.


Please help!

What are the exact steps you are following to restore? Here is the tech note for error 11→iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support. It may be a hardware problem.
