Tiktok partial app installed. Is this normal?

I haven’t downloaded tiktok, it doesn’t show up in the app list in Settings, it doesn’t have an icon, but I can search for it in App Library. It opens to Tiktok but doesnt show menus at the bottom and bugs me to download the full app. Is this a part of iOS?

Why is it not letting me redownload tiktok?? I recently replaced my phone and when i went to redownload the TikTok app, i pressed the cloud with the arrow icon and it loaded for a second the cut out and went back to the cloud icon without doing anything. It says the app is compatible with my phone so I am wondering why it’s not working. I’m afraid if i delete the app icon on the home screen that it will never come back. Please help.

No, TikTok is not an Apple app, nor a part of iOS. I suggest that you contact the developer for further assistance with this matter.
