I recently replaced my phone and when i went to redownload the TikTok app, i pressed the cloud with the arrow icon and it loaded for a second the cut out and went back to the cloud icon without doing anything. It says the app is compatible with my phone so I am wondering why it’s not working. I’m afraid if i delete the app icon on the home screen that it will never come back. Please help.

Please check:
You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
