Icon disappear

Time ago I uninstalled a game to save space on my phone, when the space situation got better I decided to install it again to play more but one day by mistake I clicked the remove it from Home Screen, so I can still go and play it from the App Store but not by clicking the icon on the home screen,do anybody knows how to bring the icon back?
