Threats I have a virus appeared in my calendar… silly me I clicked on the links and downloaded the vpns or whatever to no avail … but my mcafee security scanned and found no threats except my iPhone hasn’t been updated

There's no virus that can run on an unmodified iPhone.

You have subscribe to a scam/spam calendar.

Using iOS 14 : Settings > Calendar > Accounts > delete the spam calendar here

Note: You also do not need a VPN app.

Do not support apps using scare tactics.

Thank you. It worked. I hadn’t subscribed to a scam/spam calendar alert but Every 30 minutes an alert would show up. Are you also saying that We don’t need to subscribe to a VPN app?

Unless you need to connect to your company server there's no need for a VPN app.
