Battery Health Issue

I have asked so many times and now my battery health is 93% draining fastly.

i didnt play games and watch youtubes mostly using whatsup and insta only

didnt let charge go under 30-40%

then why this happens to me

im having the same issue and this happend after updating to IOS 14.7.My battery health dropped from 98% to 93% in the past week.I will see what happens now that im on IOS 14.7.1
