I bought a new iPad and didn't receive free AirPods.
recently I bought iPadair generation 3 and I wasn't offered any AirPods, is there any chance that I could get it ?

I think it depends on:
- the country you're in
- the eligibility of the iPad model you bought
AND, to my knowledge, free Airpods are offered only if you bought it for education.
To be sure, I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly in your country.
