Error 2002F

Hi all,

I went to go erase all my data on my MacBook Air to resell it. And I had turned it off by accident in the process, after I had wiped all my data. Now the spinning globe appears and it says “internet recovery”, after that it goes to a screen where I select my wifi network. I have attempted to connect to my home wifi and after 5 minutes I get “error 2002f”, I then went to try connect to my personal hotspot off my iPhone but had the same issue. Just wondering how I can fix this issue??
