iPhone is in boot loop, has water damage

my phone has water damage... and it is in a "bootloop" i everything several times and it still doesn't work do i need to buy a new phone now?

Yes. Water damage cannot be repaired.

Some repair shops will pay you $10 for spares.

Yep. Water destroys phones and water damaged can't be repaired. Time to buy a new phone.
