Seems like I will only get a notification on my iPhone when the alarm is triggered. That's all fine if I'm in a silent place, but I have noticed that e.g. walking on the street in traffic I won't notice the little ping in my pocket. Any way to make it vibrate/ring more if the alarm is triggered? Like get something that reminds of a phone call/timer alarm and will continue until you stop it?

Thanks I put it under iPhone (hardware products) and selected feature request. There's no iOS general under the iOS and iPadOS Apps section. There really should be as this is not a hardware related thing, but more software.
Anyway - if other reading this thinks it's a great idea, please provide the same feedback to apple or let me know if it can already be done using short cuts

Yeah... now if only they had the "Home" app as something you could provide feedback on. Couldn't select it on this forum as well.
