From what I can make of the images you provided, it sure looks like this iPad has had liquid enter it somehow. However, which exact model is it?
I’ve tried force restarting and shutting down, but it still happens, and like everything just goes more Blurry.
On the back of the iPad, in very small print, there should be a model#. It looks like it is reading as: A1566. Is this correct? If so, then this is an iPad Air 2. These were introduced in late 2014 and discontinued in 2016. Does this sound about right?
Regardless, it still appears that this iPad has experienced some sort of liquid damage. At this point, I would immediately stop using it as any further use may damage it further. Then visit your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options. Either way, it will be an "out-of-warranty" repair. If the Apple technician does find that liquid did get inside, they will not attempt to repair it. Sorry!
What happens if you try a "force" restart on this iPad ... does this issue go away?
