the top right of the glass is coming off enough where you can easily slide a credit card under it
apple doesn't consider this a problem, so I'm guessing it's fine?

If your iPad was purchased new in the last 14 days, you would be wise to return it for exchange or refund. If supplied as a replacement, you should again return it.
Either way, you would be well advised to seek assistance from Apple Support. You will find the Get Support link at top-right of this page.
You will only find out if you’ll get a different result if you ask the question of Apple Support. However, until the iPad is back in your hands, there is little that you can do.
it's been 27 days and it's currently being shipped back from apple after them refusing to fix it, so will I get a different result using the get support link?
apple sent me an ipad with the screen coming off but won't fix it, so will it be ok?
