Broken screen on new ipad

Santa got ipad 10.2 64gh 2021 9th generation it was purchased a couple of weeks ago but not opened till Christmas morning as I was from santa what a disappointment screen was cracked when opened now we did let her use it as it was from santa . It's a new device and a hazard with cracked glass and need to be fixed this was alot of money for us to pay .

You should return to your retailer with a full explanation - as the retailer should be your first port of call.


If purchased directly from Apple - and you purchased the optional additional-cost AppleCare+ cover - you will be covered for screen damage. Otherwise, screen damage is usually (and expressly) excluded from the one-year limited manufacturers warranty.
