Can you and where would I sell Apple TV 3rd generation?

You can certainly sell it, why would you be able to? And you would sell it wherever you would sell anything else, Ebay, CraigsList, Facebook Marketplace, a private sale to someone you know, etc…
Its like anything else you would be selling. There’s nothing about it that would not allow a sale.
