If running IOS 14, go to Settings>Your Name>Media & Purchases to see if you are signed in there. Then click the portrait at the top left. That should allow you to sign into the App Store/iTunes using your Apple ID.

My phone is an iPhone 11 and every time I try to download an app it says that I need to put my Apple ID and password to create an iTunes Store account using an existing Apple ID but nothing works and I can’t get any apps so how do I fix that?!
