Exit Recovery Mode

My iPad 6th generation need to exit recovery mode, serial no: GG****MVT. Pc's iTunes 12.11.3.17 will update iPadOS14.7.1 to my iPad but my iPad could not be updated and could not be restored. Error 4013.
