Iphone 11 pro max sync problems with Big Sur

  • I've used the terminal command sudo killall -STOP -c usbd
  • on my MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) which was send from Drew last December multiple times, and still my iPhone is Loading, Loading , and never syncs over wifi Nor Cable anymore.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Connect iPhone to Mac


  1. Use your USB lightening cable --> Resolve USB-related alerts in iTunes - Apple Support
  2. If unable to connect --> If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
  3. Mac --> If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod ...
  4. Use genuine cable --> Identify counterfeit or uncertified Lightning connector accessories ...
