Poor network performance M1 Macbook Air

Why is the network speed of my M1 Air so much worse than the one of my 2011 Macbook Pro 17?

Copying a 6GB takes 15minutes-1hour (I even saw a calculated time of 11 hours once!) using 5GHz - as my router reports a connection speed of 390/200Mbit/s this should be done in 4 minutes. Even the MBP that is not supporting any of the new WiFi standards needs only 10 minutes!

From each of the Macbooks (M1 Air running on 11.5, the Macbook Pro 2011 with 10.13.6) to a Qnap TS651 using the newest OS version. Using SMB is 10% faster on the Air than AFP, but still way slower than then Pro.

SMB on the NAS is set to support SMB1-3.
