Hi,
Several years ago I manually backed up iPhone photos to PC and then erased them from the iPhone.
Now I want to transfer them back to my iPhone/iCloud library.
How can I do that? There does not seem to be an option to add files to iCloud directly and I can't copy the files manually from my PC to my iPhone folders..
Any advise?

You can upload photos into iCloud at iCloud.com/photos.
You can sync the photos to your phone directly using iTunes on your PC. https://support.apple.com/guide/itunes/sync-photos-itns3102/windows

iCloud upload fails every time saying something about "wrong dimensions of the files" (translated from local language but it does not say wrong file format).
Both options to sync works poorly for files that are in various PC folders unfortunatley as Apple dosn't use folders the same way a PC does :(
Any other suggestions?
