iPhone randomly connects to my Bluetooth devices

In the middle of the night months, my iPhone decided to connect to my JBL Bluetooth speaker that was located in another room and started playing a podcast while I was sleeping, not fun to wake up to where it sounds like someone was in my house. A couple of months later, my iPhone decided to connect to my Amazon Echo in the middle of the night and my morning alarm was going off downstairs where my echo is located, fortunately I did get up on time. Just now, my iPhone again randomly decided to connect to my echo after having been manually disconnected and Bluetooth turned off yesterday. Bluetooth was turned back on today since I use it regularly with my airpods and JBL speaker and I never reconnected to my Echo. I have an XR, ios14.7.1. In every case, I had gone in to the Bluetooth settings and manually disconnected from the device.

Apple, how can I get this to stop from happening? It’s starting to get annoying.
