I accidentally deleted a conversation between a person and I on iMessage. Is there any way that I can restore our old messages? I do not have any backups from itunes or from icloud at all, so I cannot use any of those methods.

If you were syncing Messages with iCloud and deleted them, they can't be recovered. Since you don't have a backup, there isn't a way to restore the message.
