Apple Watch and Spotify

if I go on a run with only my Apple Watch (gps only), can I listen to Spotify music that I downloaded previously? Like is it possible to download Spotify music to my watch when I have a wifi connection and then listen to it later when I don’t have wifi? I know this is only possible for the LTE watch model, but by now is it also possible for the gps version too? Thank you
