my macbook having issues on startup, it just froze at times and at times doesnt turn on at all. require multiple attempts to reboot and to turn on again. no issues after turning on. its been there for the past 1 month. im using the latest macbook pro 13 M1 chip.
Im not sure on hw to report on this. please help.

Start with Safe Mode:
[Hold Down: the shift key upon boot]. In Safe Mode, login items do not open at login, and preferences are set aside. These preferences may be getting in the way.
