Battery life on a 2018 Macbook Pro

I have a 2018 Macbook Pro from my place of work and I've noticed that the life while on battery is pretty poor.

This is the device MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) 2.3Ghz i5 running Big Sur 11.4

When I check the power settings in the sys info this is what I have

The cycle count sounds pretty low from what I've read but the full charge capacity seems really low.

Is this normal or is there something wrong with the battery that needs looking at?
