Do I only paid for the iCloud photo storage not for other apple products unless I agree with the payment if I use my credit card.

If you subscribe to a monthly iCloud storage plan then you're only paying for that. If you subscribe to an Apple One plan that includes iCloud storage, then you'll Abe paying for other services as well, depending on the package you choose.

Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Any other subscriptions you are subscribed to will be listed under 'Active'. If there are none, then you are not subscribed to any other Apple services. Note that your iCloud storage subscription will not show there.
