Stock App - Rearrange Stocks on Watch List Dont Stay In My Order

Lately i’m not able to rearrange my stock watchlist. Like it alphabetized. Stocks move to where I place them during Edit stage but immediately bounce back to bottom of watchlist when closing out. Not had this issue before. Seems in Edit my only option is to remove. The 3 line menu icon on right side of each stock entry almost seems grayed out. Seems like “rearranging” method is different than before. Anyone else have issue & found solution?
