I have iCloud photos turned on. However my photos are not syncing with icloud

My iCloud photo is turned on. However the photos on my phone are not showing up in my iCloud photos

Upload time depends on many factors. A strong wi-fi connection and well charged iPhone are a good starting point for a reasonably prompt upload.
