Apple watch screen unresponsive to touch. Stuck on flight mode as I can't access settings. Is there a way to reset settings without touching?

My Apple watch screen is not responsive to touch suddenly and it's currently on flight mode. I have already tried the hard reset as per YouTube tutorials and that didn't work for me. The next option is to pair and unpair it with my phone but since it's on flight mode I can't do that. Is there anything I can do?
