I tried several times using resetting NVRAM, PRAM.
While am trying to open recovery mode, I notice it everytime. I tried holding option key only too. It shows -2100F then.
Now, while am trying Command+R or Option+R, It shows -1008F error.

that message is specific to trying to start into recovery with an insufficient internet connection. it can usually be solved by connecting the mac to the router with a wired ethernet connection and try to re-enter recovery.

When first starting in Recovery Mode - very quick look for the Wifi iCon somewhere on Upper Right of screen ( from memory ). You will have to Manually Input the wifi Password and only then will the Globe start to load. If successful - the Globe will only load as fast as your connection to Internet and the speed of the Apple Servers.
It is not available in my region.
