not charging
My laptop is plugged in with a charger , and it says its not charging.

Is it plugged in to the right charger? What is the battery charge level at this point? When you click on the battery charge icon on the Menu bar, then does it say, "Charging on Hold"? Is "Optimized Battery Charging" set to ON in System Preferences ➔ Battery ➔ Battery. You can set Optimized Battery Charging to OFF and see whether that action completes the charge to 100%.
