If none of that helps perhaps the power adapter and / or cable may be defective.

I'm somewhat confused by this explanation. Obviously Apple can't help with your electric power, but if you have reason to suspect your Apple power adapter or your Mac is not working properly then you should have Apple evaluate all related components in accordance with that Apple Support document's instructions:
Get your Mac notebook and power supply evaluated
Whether your Mac notebook with USB-C is in or out of warranty, you can bring it to an Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple Store for evaluation. Be sure to bring your Mac, your USB-C power adapter, and any USB-C cables you use for charging.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried with different power adapters in the result is the same. However, I charged with a portable charger, and it works the problem is with electric power.
