My Apple TV+ is not loading any shows

Yesterday I subscribed for the 7-day free trial of Apple TV+ and I only was able to watch a single episode and 30 minutes of a documentary until it stopped loading. I tried with other shows and nothing loads. I just get a message saying that I should check my internet connection. That's not the problem as my other streaming platforms work fine. Does anyone have the same problem?

Something is causing that the app to be unable to contact the remote servers.
